4. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to commence work
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. Limitation of Liability

Kay Tech Digital Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kay Tech Digital Solution operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
